You will help people find their way around the site, escort patients and visitors to the correct area for their appointments, and direct any enquiries to Reception when appropriate. You will also support patient flow across the site, helping departments ensure patients move smoothly through their appointments. Other duties include collecting wheelchairs from around the building, returning them to the main entrance, and cleaning them when required.
