### Job summary

The post holder will have the responsibility for management of a portfolio of Estate related Hard and Soft contracts and Service Level Agreements as directed by the Senior Contracts and PFI LIFT Manager as informed by the Associate Director of Estates Commercial Delivery. To manage the delivery and adherence to contracts and SLAs within this role. In particular the delivery of supplier performance and key performance indicators and compliance with standards and policies. This role requires the development and management of complex information including financial, sustainability and compliance to deliver the targets and plans of Estate Services.

The post holder is responsible for day to day contract and SLA management to ensure compliance and contractual needs are met in the delivery of cost-effective purchasing and contractual delivery in line with finance and procurement policies and procedures.

The post holder will lead on the integration and alignment of estates services contracts and or SLAs where it will increase quality, effectiveness, delivery or value.

At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.

### Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to work closely with Estate Services personnel, contractors to manage relevant contracts, tenders and quotation exercises and assist in making recommendations as to the products or services to purchase in line with Procurement policy and procedures.

To continually support, develop, facilitate and monitor progress of the portfolio of complex Hard and Soft FM contract and SLA information against contract schedules, operational requirements, invoicing and contractual spend, and to identify and deliver any savings achieved. To manage contractors using motivational, persuasive and negotiating skills to ensure that the contract requirements are met. Working with technical colleagues to gain the specialist knowledge to inform on contract change and outcomes, i.e. performance and breaches.

Coordination and development of schedule(s) of contracts and SLAs to deliver the best value for money by negotiation with contractors to ensure any contract is leveraged for the better price, quality and service from existing and future suppliers, ensure the delivery of the supplier and SLA agreements in particular in terms of KPI and service delivery performance, ensuring that contracts and to SLAs are managed to ensure compliance and budgetary requirements.

Financial review, tracking of spend against commercial pricing and resource management.

### Experience

- Experience of contract management for multiple medium/high value contracts
- Experience in managing projects or tenders

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Specialist works and building knowledge including legislation to degree level or equivalent.
- Post graduate/diploma level or equivalent
- Evidence of Continuous professional development
- Advanced Key board skills Able to use and communicate through Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Project PowerPoint and Outlook programs

**Desirable**

- Prince2 Practitioner level, Or willing to work towards the required qualifications as a requirement of the role.
