Other responsibilities will include: Leading a team of nurses, senior carers and carers to provide staff support, including demonstrations and instruction of care activities. Enhancing and promoting the resident's quality of life through effective care planning. Managing and participating in the rota to ensure that senior care and care support are always available and that the your unit is covered appropriately. Supporting the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing the medication systems and ordering and distributing prescribed medication to residents.
