- Comply with all procedures relating to medicine handling and storage for controlled drugs and temperature-sensitive items
- Check and maintain accurate delivery documentation in a timely manner maintaining clear and auditable records
- Report discrepancies, incidents, or concerns promptly
- Provide a professional and courteous service
- Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with road regulations
- Adhere to health & safety, infection control, and data protection policies
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff regarding deliveries
- Escalate concerns or incidents appropriately
