This post will commence ASAP and is fixed term for 6 months. The post holder will work across sites - St Jamess University Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. Candidates must be fully registered with the General Medical Council and hold a license to practice by the intended start date. ### Main duties of the job The successful applicant will have regular training lists across a broad spectrum of specialties as mutually agreed at interview and will be expected to contribute to the out of hours service by being part of the on-call team alongside the anaesthetic trainees. All out of hours call rotas at Leeds are a 1 in 8 working pattern and are compliant with European Working Time Directive legislation and the 2016 contract. When not working out of hours, successful applicants will have a mixture of consultant supervised and solo lists (where appropriate).
