Develop costed business cases and maintain financial control of the £6.8 million non recurrent programme, monitoring expenditure, savings and value for money. Use population health, activity, performance and equity data to inform service redesign. Coordinate formal evaluation, agree outcome measures and report on quality, safety, equity, performance and value.
