You will complete the Advanced Clinical Practice Masters course at a chosen HEI over a 2-3 year period (dependent on chosen course).  You must meet the HEI criteria for this Level 7 course - please view entry requirements for Liverpool John Moores and Edge Hill University on their websites. ### Main duties of the job Job Summary - Work as a clinical expert and role model and provide practice development and leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment. - Use expert knowledge to investigate and manage patients referred for specialist fertility treatment - Ensure that all interventions are based on scientific rationale, evidence based standards of care and current best practice guidelines and pathways. - Demonstrate highly developed and advanced specialist knowledge and skills through innovative practice providing increased levels of autonomy. - Support the Matron and wider members of the Divisional Management team in achieving the strategic objectives for the Care Group and the Trust. - It is expected that the individual will work as a clinical expert and role model and provide practice development and leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment.
