## Job Content

### Job overview

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.

Are you passionate about supporting babies and families with feeding?

Staffordshire Childrens Hospital @ Royal Stoke University Hospital (SCH@RSUH) are launching a brand‑new Tongue‑Tie (Infant Frenulotomy) Service, we are looking for a caring, motivated and skilled individual to join the Tongue-Tie team as an infant feeding support worker.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join SCH@RSUH as an infant feeding support worker who will provide feeding support and guidance to parents and support the delivery of tongue-tie clinics.

### Main duties of the job

At UHNM we know that investing in, supporting and developing our staff has a direct impact on the quality of care that we deliver. Our employees are as important as our patients and the population that we serve.

SCH@RSUH is committed to improving infant feeding outcomes and enhancing family experience throughout maternity and child health.

This is a rewarding role where your support will directly impact an infant’s early development and a family’s experience of feeding. If you have the compassion, enthusiasm, and desire to support families through evidence‑based infant feeding care, we’d love to hear from you.
