This exciting role will involve helping patients to reframe their approach to their smoking behaviours, manage their cravings with personalised support plans and tailor those treatment plans, which titrate nicotine replacement therapy, to support discharge planning  and a longer-term goal of being smokefree. ### Main duties of the job The Tobacco Dependence Advisor for Inpatients will work across adult in-patient wards : - undertaking tobacco dependence assessments, - educating service users about options to manage their tobacco dependence - and support quit attempts.
