We are looking for a highly motivated therapy radiographer to join us at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, based in Northwood, Middlesex. You will work as an unsupervised worker and supervise junior staff and students and assistants. Carry out complex technical radiotherapeutic procedures on all the treatment and pre-treatment units in the department on a rotational basis. Undertake the appropriate care of patient assessment of treatment progress and side effects making appropriate referral to the multi-disciplinary team. In addition, you will receive a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,870 and a maximum payment of £6,137 per annum pro rata. Manage the running of the treatment / pre-treatment unit.
