Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. - The successful candidate will be a qualified and accredited therapist (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC or equivalent) with substantial experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies within a mental health setting. Previous experience of leading or supervising clinical teams is desirable, alongside strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary working skills.
