## Person Specification

### Requirements

**Essential**

- Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
- The successful candidate will be a qualified and accredited therapist (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC or equivalent) with substantial experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies within a mental health setting. Previous experience of leading or supervising clinical teams is desirable, alongside strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary working skills. Training and experience in DBT is essential, with excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities required to support both patient outcomes and service development.
