The Living Well service aims to enable and empower individuals to live well by equipping them with skills and knowledge to help them achieve their goals and to live day to day with a sense of purpose and wellbeing. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, creative and proactive Living Well Therapy Assistant to join the Living Well team at Sobell House.  This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the other members of our multidisciplinary team, to provide creative activity, rehabilitation and a range of wellbeing focused support to patients and their carers attending the Living Well service. ### Main duties of the job We’re looking for a creative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player committed to collaborative working with patients and colleagues. You will help the team to deliver patient centred care, focusing on improving mental and physical well-being. You will plan and organise a range of creative activities and craft projects and contribute to the development of the Living Well service. In return we will be able to offer a supportive and friendly working environment, with access to teaching and clinical supervision. Please note there may be occasions where cross cover is required at Katharine House hospice so some travelling may be required. The service is open Monday to Thursday, staffed flexibly to cover the service from 08:00-16:00.
