This team will support in providing you 'on the job training' based on a structured competency framework. Within this job role you will have the opportunity to rotate between several areas within the acute hospital inpatient setting. These ward areas include Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Long-term Conditions. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and a passion to work with people to help them achieve their potential. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working with people in a caring or enabling environment, although this is not essential.
