The Orthopaedic team is a friendly team who provide inpatient therapy services for both elective and trauma patients at both Peterborough City and Hinchingbrooke Hospitals and is a thriving and supportive team. Interviews for this role will be conducted in person to assess relevant skills effectively. ### Main duties of the job - To undertake assessments and treatments for patients that have been triaged by a Therapist and deemed appropriate for Therapy Assistant Practitioner intervention with case management advice available via indirect and direct contact with a registered therapist. To carry own caseload of non-complex patients assessing, according to competencies, and devising and implementing treatment programmes. To work collaboratively within Multidisciplinary and Multi-agency teams with the aim of supporting timely discharge.
