This includes day-to-day coordination, supervision, and leadership of staff across both Main and Day Surgery Theatres. They will deputise for the Band 7 Team Leader/Senior Sister, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate perioperative care. This encompasses staff management, clinical oversight, adherence to policies, and fostering a supportive learning environment for staff and students.
