Main duties of the job

As a Band 2 Theatre Support Worker, youll play a crucial role in ensuring that patients and theatre environments are perfectly prepared for life-changing surgical procedures. Working closely with a skilled team of professionals, youll help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere for patients throughout their surgical journey. Your efforts in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked theatre will keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.

You will take pride in accurate documentation and clear communication, supporting the team to deliver exceptional patient care. Ready to respond promptly to clinical emergencies under supervision, youll also have the rewarding opportunity to guide and support new starters and students, helping shape the future of theatre services across Worcestershire.
