We are interested in candidates with  some Theatre scrub experience , able to demonstrate a commitment to developing yourself and support other colleagues in various  specialty.  You will act as a role model for others,  promoting best practice and delivery of high quality , patient centered care. You will be rotated through the different specialties, including  Emergency theatres, learning to become an expert in the patient care; team leading intraoperative /scrubbing  and making sure the patient's pathway is maintained throughout . The diversity of the specialties  we  offer makes this a simulating and engaging place to work in and the department is supported by dedicated and established  multidisciplinary team along with practice educator . We are a very close-knit and friendly organization where everyone of our 3600 members of staff is valued. What can we offer you? Interviews: 29th June 2026 ### Main duties of the job The successful candidates will be part of the clinical team , who ensure that clinical care of the patients, and others service users , receive an efficient/effective quality of care. Within this role you will be expected to work across both the Croydon Elective & Emergency  Surgical Centre.
