INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES

Holding senior responsibility for efficient delivery of the Theatre schedule, the post holder is required to effectively coordinate use of internal workforce and resources and support directorates in fully utilising theatre sessions.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing robust information management systems which supports monitoring, data capture and performance review of the directorate.

The post holder will be an active member of the theatre improvement steering group, ensuring efficient use of theatre resource in line with Trust performance objectives, whilst supporting colleagues within wider directorates to efficiently utilise their theatre allocations.

The post holder is responsible for the direct line-management and supervision of support staff and will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Director(s) to review, plan and meet challenges throughout the patient journey into theatre suites.

- Hold delegated responsibility for the overall delivery of Theatre performance.
- Ensure effective use of manpower and resources to assist in the smooth running of the theatre scheduling service.
- Work collaboratively with wider stakeholders to meet the needs of directorates, balancing capacity and demand equally.

Standard Check: £21.50 + Administration cost of £6.50 = £28.00. Deducted from salary over following 4 months or one off payment.

Enhanced Check: £49.50 + administration cost of £6.50 = £56.00. Deducted from salary over following 4 months or one off payment.
