As a Theatre Practitioner – Scrub within our Theatres team, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, high quality care across a wide range of surgical specialities. No two days are the same. You'll support complex and varied procedures, work with advanced surgical technology and contribute to outstanding patient experiences throughout the perioperative journey. What you'll do:

- Provide skilled scrub support across a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
- Prepare operating theatres, surgical instruments and equipment to ensure procedures can be delivered safely and efficiently.
- Support patients throughout their perioperative journey, ensuring their safety, dignity and comfort at every stage.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver smooth and effective theatre lists.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all theatre policies, infection prevention measures and patient safety standards.

What you'll bring:

- Registration as a Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with the NMC or HCPC.
- Previous experience working as a Scrub Practitioner within a theatre environment.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative practice and patient safety principles.
- The flexibility to work across a range of surgical specialities within the theatre setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams.
