## Job Content

### Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test Analyst to join the ICT Test team, supporting testing activities for applications and systems being implemented or upgraded, in line with the defined test strategy and approach.

You will ideally have a good understanding of Oracle Cerner EPR applications, such as PMOffice, PowerChart, and FirstNet. Direct testing experience is not essential; however, an awareness of how clinical systems are used in practice, along with a keen eye for detail, is important.

A strong interest in software testing and a “tester mindset” — including curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and question issues — is essential. Any exposure to creating or executing test scripts, reviewing change requests, or supporting testing activities across teams would be advantageous.

You should have a basic understanding of software testing principles. An ISTQB Foundation certification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable. Awareness of HL7 messaging would be an advantage. Although primarily based at Paddington, you may be required to travel between NWL ICS sites depending on service needs.
