This senior clinical leadership role will lead the introduction, implementation and evaluation of innovative radiotherapy techniques and technologies across the service. The successful candidate will work closely with Radiotherapy Managers, Clinical Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to drive technical development, service improvement and excellence in patient care. The post holder will provide expert clinical and technical leadership, horizon scan emerging technologies, lead technique implementation projects, develop associated protocols and ensure safe adoption of new ways of working in accordance with national guidance, and departmental strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious radiographer who is passionate about innovation, research and service development.
