Liverpool and Sefton Community Specialist Rehab Team Base: The Walton Centre, Liverpool Team Secretary (6 month fixed term) 30 hours

### Main duties of the job

Initial point of contact for patients, referrers and other professionals, as well as all team members. Responsible for the smooth administrative running of team referral processes and support the wider team administrative and data management functions, with support from Team Leader. Coordinate and implement office procedures using high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. Demonstrate excellent communication and customer care skills to support patients experiencing the effects of major injury or illness, so must be sympathetic, as well as professional. Proven IT skills and experience of diary and database management are essential. You will need to organise and prioritise your own workload and act on your own initiative.

### Qualifications

- RSA II typing /word processing or equivalent
