You will lead a skilled and compassionate team providing high quality assessment and diagnosis. As the Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering clinically effective and person- centred care, supporting individuals and their families through timely assessment and diagnosis. ### Main duties of the job To be responsible for the day to day operational management, leadership and development of MATs which is an integrated, flexible, user-focussed and recovery-orientated team. To ensure the delivery of a safe, effective, and high quality service to service users with dementia through the relevant clinical pathways. Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.
