The Team Manger will ensure that the service is delivered to the highest quality, meeting the needs of children, young people and families, and our colleagues in education. MHST teams offer 3 core functions of service: - Delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild-to-moderate mental health problems - Supporting the senior mental health lead in each education setting to introduce or develop their whole school/college approach - Giving timely advice to school and college staff, and liaising with external specialist services, to help children and young people to get the right support and stay in education If you hold a nationally recognised professional qualification and are registered with the relevant regulatory body, such as the HCPC, Social Work England, or the NMC, we would love to hear from you.
