Assertive Outreach is founded on active engagement rather than office-based care. Shared caseload responsibility, alongside a key worker model and regular MDT reviews, will enable rapid responses to relapse, risk and disengagement. This is an opportunity to help shape a new service and make a meaningful difference across Oxford. ### Main duties of the job As Team Manager for the Oxon Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) you will be working across Oxford City. You will take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the team. This involves planning, management and delivery of high-quality evidence-based interventions as part of the wider Multidisciplinary team. The Team will be a fully integrated multidisciplinary service comprising a Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Team Manager, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Support Workers and Administrators. You will: - Ensure that clinical competencies and skill mix along with the clinical leads, within the service meet the demands of the service and the requirements of clinical governance.
