## Job Content

Ebbsfleet House is located in Ramsgate, in Kent. It offers residential support for five males and females, who or are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.Our team are committed to empowering and encouraging the people we care for, enabling them to reach their goals and to develop their self-esteem and the skills they need to live as independently as possible. We want to improve the quality of the individual’s lives, both physically and emotionally by supporting them to attend activities and social events.Due to the requirements of our residents/patients, we can only consider male candidates for this role.

### What you'll be doing

- Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
- Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
- Ensure residents have person-centred plans in place and are supported to participate in meaningful activities.
- Deliver team supervisions and contribute to professional development.
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
- Manage service users’ finances and contribute to budget management in accordance with policy.
- Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legislation.
- Monitor and support team performance, addressing immediate operational issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge to ensure safe and effective practice.
