A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, woman-centred and evidence-based care. Experience of service improvement, quality assurance, clinical audit and change management. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. The ability to work collaboratively across organisational and professional boundaries. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a complex and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current national maternity priorities and professional standards. A passion for developing others and creating positive learning environments for staff and students.
