Are you a compassionate, motivated leader with a passion for supporting older adults to live well and stay connected?

We are looking for a Day Centre Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Glen Centre, helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a welcoming community setting.

As Day Centre Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Glen Centre, leading and supporting a team to deliver outstanding care and meaningful activities for older adults, including those living with dementia.

You will:

- Lead, motivate and support a team of Day Centre staff
- Ensure care plans are developed, reviewed and remain person-centred and outcome-focused
- Act as a keyworker, working alongside colleagues, families and multidisciplinary partners
- Promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life for service users
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, activities, and safe service delivery
- SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with willingness to work towards SVQ Level 4
- Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults, ideally older adults
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred care and improving quality of life
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
- SSSC registration (or willingness to register)
