Are you able to deliver professional, flexible and efficient administration support?

We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team within the Oxfordshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.

The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) is a fast-paced, 24/7 service providing urgent mental health assessment and intensive home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission. As a Band 3 Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the multidisciplinary team by delivering high-quality administrative and operational support that enables the safe and effective delivery of patient care.

This is a full time post 37.5 hours per week worked over a range of shifts of 08:00am-16:00pm, 09:0am-17:00 and 1000-1800

### Main duties of the job

- Provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the department.Undertake routine office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, document preparation and record management.
- Monitor and order stationery, office supplies and other consumables within agreed processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and electronic communications, ensuring timely action and distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records in accordance with Trust policies and information governance requirements.
