We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time Team Administrator to join our Community Mental Health Team, supporting Kettering & Corby CMHT.

We are seeking an individual who is:

Your role:

As a Team Administrator, you will work closely with nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, effective administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of services and supporting the delivery of compassionate, patient-focused care.

You will have a solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

## Person Specification

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- Previous experience / knowledge of using electronic patient record systems (SystmOne)
- Organisation skills
- Flexible approach to the changing daily needs of the service
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English

**Desirable**

- Experience working with those experiencing Mental Health difficulties
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team

**Essential**

- Ability to respond to potentially challenging situations
- Ability to deal sensitively with service users, carers and colleagues and maintain confidentiality and exercise judgement when dealing with sensitive issues
