## Job Content

### Job overview

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you will be part of a busy and supportive team?

Our administrators are a vital part of our team and, without them, we couldn’t provide high quality care to the large number of clients across the county.

If you have good keyboard, administration and computer skills, along with an excellent telephone manner, and enjoy liaising between team members and clients in a busy environment, then this is the opportunity for you.

As a valued team member, we will support you to develop your skills and knowledge and there will be opportunities for you to attend regular training as well as your yearly personal development review.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, then this could be the role for you!

### Main duties of the job

- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Psychological Therapies team, including correspondence, typing, filing, meetings and events.
- Manage clinic appointments, clinician diaries, referrals and waiting lists, including rearranging appointments when required.
- Handle confidential enquiries and referrals from service users, relatives, GPs and other professionals, providing appropriate information and signposting.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, databases and filing systems, producing reports and supporting audits, training and data collection.
- Provide wider team and service support, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, completing delegated administrative tasks and contributing to meetings and service improvement.

### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This role does not meet the minimum requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under UKVI regulations. To be considered, you must already hold the valid right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.

We hope that the advert has given you a clear understanding of the skills we are seeking and the opportunity at hand. You will need to use the “supporting statement” element of your application form to demonstrate your suitability for this role and you should refer to the job description, person specification and the guidance notes attached to this role to help you tailor your application.

The essential and desirable criteria will be used to shortlist for interview, and you should ensure that you refer to these within your application to increase your chances of being selected for interview.

We are aware that some candidates may choose to use AI tools to support their application. We kindly remind applicants that submissions should remain an honest and accurate representation of their experience and must take care to ensure the use of AI tools does not generate an application that does not accurately reflect their knowledge, skills and values.

The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
