We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, approachable, and proactive Team Administrator to join our dynamic New Forest CAMHS Team, based in the New Forest Locality.

This is a rewarding and varied role at the heart of our service, where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting our teams to deliver high-quality care, making a real difference to patients and colleagues every day.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering a high standard of work.

Please note this post is full time 37.5 hours per week.

At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.

### Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive Administration and Secretarial support to the service.

The post holder will be responsible for the organisation of their own workload and delegated decisions/actions, as deemed appropriate by the Team Admin Coordinator/Team Manager.

The needs of the service user will be the utmost priority. The principle of high quality customer care is at the heart of this role.

They will need to ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or evidence of equivalent practical experience
