## Job Content

### Job overview

Are you passionate about the emotional wellbeing of children and young people?

If so, the Wiltshire Mental Health Support Team is looking for an administrator to compliment our current administration provision as we expand into more education settings. With a big national focus on improving services for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, there has never been a better time to join Oxford Health CAMHS to make a positive difference to children and young people’s life chances.

Our clinical team provides interventions to schools across the Wiltshire area. As an administrator in the team you will support the management team and clinicians by ensuring all administration tasks are completed including uploading referrals, communicating with parents/carers, young people and education providers and taking minutes of meetings.

Wiltshire MHST is an expanding team consisting of multi-disciplinary professionals providing Mental Health Support in education settings across Wiltshire, working towards 100% coverage by 2030.

This role will require working from our Melksham base, as well as the opportunity for some remote working, in line with service needs.

### Main duties of the job

Alongside our other team administrators, the post holder will support the clinical team with ensuring that clinical cases are processed from referral to discharge including allocation on the electronic health care record system (Rio) and sending documents to appropriate personnel. The post holder will have frequent contact with parents / carers, young people and education settings to arrange appointments and answer administrative queries.

The role will also involve ensuring that materials required for interventions are readily available. The post holder will require excellent organisation skills to ensure a smooth running of the office environment to support clinicians.

Training will be provided to support the use of clinical systems.
