We welcome applications from candidates who share our values of compassion, respect, inclusivity and continuous improvement. ### Main duties of the job What We're Looking For - Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent BABCP-accredited training. - Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or working towards accreditation where appropriate. - Significant experience of delivering high intensity CBT interventions for common mental health problems (depression, all anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD) within an NHS or equivalent setting. - Excellent risk assessment and risk management skills. - Strong communication, organisational and clinical decision-making abilities. - Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care.
