This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives by delivering evidence-based psychological interventions. As a High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will provide specialist cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to individuals experiencing complex anxiety and depression-related problems. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, offering both direct clinical care and expert consultation to colleagues and carers. ### Main duties of the job Deliver high intensity, evidence-based CBT interventions in line with NICE guidelines. Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide advice and consultation on psychological care to non-CBT colleagues and carers. Work collaboratively across all sectors of care, adhering to professional standards and team policies. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development initiatives.
