Juniper View - New Development£13.45 per hourFull Time – 37.5 hoursJuniper View has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team for a mix of day and night shifts. Due to the needs of our residents, you will need to have a full UK driving license. Juniper View is a new development and will have 11 apartments in total. We will be supporting those with primary learning disability and complex needs but may also have further mental health and/or mobility restrictions.

### What you'll be doing

- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
- Encourage and assist participation in activities and community life.
- Support service users in achieving their personal outcomes in the way they choose.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
- Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
- Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
