About the Role Looking for a stable, rewarding career with great variety? Join our team on a 42-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota. What to expect: - Full-time permanent employment - 12-hour day shifts - Around two weekends per month - Early shifts from 7:00 am - Later shifts finishing by 10:00 pm - The opportunity to make a real difference every day Oakhurst Lodge is an 8-placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge.
