PSL Whitby and Scarborough \> Scarborough £13.45 per hour Full Time – 36 hoursPriory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. Shifts can include: ☀️ Days | 🌙 Nights | 📅 Weekends | 🎉 Bank Holidays Priory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.

### What you'll be doing

- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing
- Supporting people to access the local community, appointments and activities
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals
- Encouraging and supporting people to achieve their personal goals
