## Job Content

Priory Ridgecott is looking to recruit a Bank Support workers. We are located in Plympton, Devon. It offers residential support for 10 males and females who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. We are on a quiet street, near the town centre.Our team is dedicated to providing our residents with the highest level of person-centred care, ensuring they live a happy and healthy life.

### What you'll be doing

- Previous experience working in social care, healthcare, or a related support role
- Experience providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Familiarity with working alongside individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions,
- Experience in communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
