Supported Living North Yorkshire£13.75 per hourPart Time – 30 HoursSupported Living North Yorkshire has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. This role is offered on a part time basis working 30 hours per week. Supported Living North Yorkshire delivers tailored outreach support across North Yorkshire and the East Riding. We work with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, often with complex needs.Our 24/7 specialist supported living services are designed to promote independence while providing the right level of support, including 1:1 and 2:1 staffing where required. We empower individuals to build essential life skills and live as independently as possible.

### What you'll be doing

- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- To undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation
