Supplies Assistant Nuffield Health Tees Hospital | Supplies | Permanent | Part Time Mon-Wed (Flexibility Required) £25,038.00 pro rata per annum 15 hours per week

### Main duties of the job

As a Supplies Assistant, you will: Be a proactive member of our small team, having strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data and documentation. Receive, check, label deliveries and distribute supplies and products across the hospital, reporting any shortages and following all required procedures. Duties include lifting and carrying of stock. To ensure orderly distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory and stocking up department stores. Assist in the control and issuing of stock using the appropriate procedures and systems. Support the department during stocktaking. Complete electronic and manual record keeping processes in an accurate and timely manner, to the agreed format and standard. Ability to maintain accurate stock records, investigate stock discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy at all times. Good computer literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
