Generis, the specialist training and development department within ADS, delivers a wide range of accredited and bespoke training programmes to learners from diverse backgrounds and sectors. As our team continues to grow, were looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor who shares our passion for high-quality learning and development.

To support the development and delivery of high-quality training, advice and guidance to Internal and external organisations.

To support the reduction of the impact of substance misuse in the setting within which the training is delivered.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Has experience in teaching, training and assessment.
- Is passionate about creating and delivering engaging, high-quality learning.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can build positive relationships with and support a diverse range of learners.
- Is enthusiastic, creative and committed to continuous improvement.

**Desirable**

- Experience in dealing with challenging learners.
- Understanding of issues facing substance misusers.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Holds a Level 3 Education & Training qualification (formerly PTLLS), or an equivalent qualification.

**Desirable**

- Level 3 Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or equivalent.
