This role is 30 hours per week onsite. The postholder will provide clinical leadership, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based care in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The role will also lead on quality improvement (QI) and service development, using audit, data and QI methodologies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency. In addition, the postholder will have line management responsibility for members of the stroke dietetic team, providing supervision, appraisal and professional support, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
