If you’re passionate about helping people regain independence in a positive, inclusive environment, we’d love to welcome you to our team. ### Main duties of the job As a Band 5 Staff Nurse at Clayponds Rehabilitation Hospital, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for patients on their rehabilitation journey. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, recovery, and safe discharge planning. The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting junior staff and students in their development.
