It is desirable to have post registration experience in an acute care setting and have the resilience to meet the challenges of our busy but rewarding department, however we would also like to hear from newly qualified nurses or those who have worked in an acute setting prior or during training and have an interest in making this their career Newham Emergency Department serves a large diverse population and on average see’s 400-500 patients a day, including acute medical patients, paediatrics, and patients in a mental health crisis. ### Main duties of the job To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams. You will be self-motivated an excellent communicator and have proven clinical and organisational skills but also have a desire to learn and develop and work as an integral member of our large and dynamic team.
