We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties. You will support patients through periods of acute mental ill health, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and recovery remain at the centre of care delivery. The role also involves supporting Nursing Assistants, students, and newly qualified staff, contributing to a positive learning and professional development culture within the ward team. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred, evidence-based care within the inpatient service. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to providing safe, effective, and recovery-focused care to individuals with complex mental and physical health needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in partnership with patients, carers, and other professionals. They will contribute to the development of personalised care plans, risk assessments, and interventions that promote recovery, wellbeing, and positive patient outcomes. The role involves coordinating and delivering clinical care, ensuring high standards of nursing practice are maintained at all times. The post holder will provide support and guidance to Nursing Assistants, students, and less experienced staff, acting as a positive role model and contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
