Candidates should have experience within the field of Adult Mental Health. Ward 22 is a 14 bedded Acute Psychiatric assessment and treatment Ward for all adults within RCT & Bridgend. To undertake the role of named nurse providing assessment, implementation of care and treatment and evaluation. Ensure the care given is patient centred, multi-disciplinary, collaborative and evidence based. Please note: We welcome applications from registered nurses; however, this role is not suitable for student nurses who have not yet obtained NMC registration. The Health Board currently operate a number of different shift systems. The most common are a 12.5 hour shift, inclusive of either one 30 minute or two 30-minute unpaid breaks.
