Job summary

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of highly skilled multi-disciplinary team member to deliver direct and indirect care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluation of patient care to the highest standards. Lead and support a team of Clinical Support Workers and apprentices on a shift-by-shift basis. Act as a role model, demonstrating compassionate, patient-centred care. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education. Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-focused care.

Effective communication will be demonstrated at all times, liaising closely with other health professionals and departments ensuring patients and relatives are kept informed.
