Provide immediate post-operative care, including the assessment, monitoring, and management of acutely unwell patients. Recognise and respond to transplant-related complications, including acute rejection, ensuring timely escalation and appropriate intervention. Deliver holistic, patient-centred care and contribute to effective discharge planning in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
