As a Staff Nurse you will work as part of our Multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care to our patients and support our Trust on its Journey to Outstanding Care. Phoenix Ward is an 18-bedded male acute ward with a Health Based Place of Safety. We provide care  and treatment for up to 18  patients, experiencing a variety of mental health problems, along with physical and social needs too . We have a culture of continuous professional development and as a Staff Nurse we expect you to embrace change and engage in Quality Initiatives on the Ward to improve the service we provide.
